MEET Karen

Karen is a highly accomplished real estate professional with extensive business experience and a strong academic background. She holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from Babson College and a BA with Distinction in Economics from the University of Massachusetts. Karen is a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and has completed specialized training in Power Pricing, Positioning and Presentation Strategy, as well as Residential Home Systems. She holds several respected industry designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Previews Property Specialist, and At Home with Diversity. As a licensed Broker and active real estate agent, Karen is a proud member of Coldwell Banker’s Premier Chestnut Hill office, recognized for her professional excellence. Deeply committed to her community, she served as a Brookline Town Meeting Member from 1997 to 2009, on the Town of Brookline Financial Advisory Board from 2006 to 2009, and has been a member of the Boston Ballet Board of Advisory since 2004.
